If you get damaged items or whichever product you received is entirely different from what you ordered, or are not satisfied with the product(s) at all then you must inform us regarding the same within 14 days of item delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges since we do not include that in our refund policy. Also the shipping must be done which has the proof of posting. This facilitates tracking of shipment.

We won't refund the money if your local customs department seize your order due to your refusal of duty payment. We will also not return the refund if you change your mind and do not want the product anymore that you received. The refund will be done through reversing the same payment procedure previously carried. If meanwhile your credit card gets expired then please contact us on phone number we have mentioned in our website and we will further assist regarding it. The credit card shows the refund within 3 to 4 weeks as it all depends on payment procedure company. After issuing the refund Cosmerb won't be held responsible for any kind of loss due to delay being done in your credits by the credit card company.

Shipping

We ship our products throughout the world and for that you are given two options – Regular Airmail and DHL. The cost varies in the both the cases, as well as the time duration that it requires for the delivery. The time limit for the Regular Airmail is 8 to 12 days whereas DHL takes 4 to 8 days. You can select your choice between any of these methods while checking out and the total amount will be paid by you in advance that includes the products' charges plus shipping method chosen.
